Why this exists
When a Texas conviction becomes final, families face an impossible menu: pay around $3,000 for an attorney just to read the file, pay far more for representation on faith, or let their loved one file alone — where one weak filing can burn the single real chance Texas law allows. The information gap is the injustice we work on. For $299, we close it: every page read, every finding quoted from the record, in words the whole family can understand.
How the work is done
World-class AI built specifically for Texas post-conviction review reads the complete record and runs six checks. Then the guardrails do their job: any finding whose quote doesn’t match the record word-for-word is thrown out automatically, every report passes quality gates before delivery, and the method itself was evaluated against real cases and signed off by a licensed Texas attorney.
